Sub Chakra and Support System are proud to present the launch of No Partial Sound.

Countless years in the making - No Partial Sound represents the culmination of countless hours researching, designing, building and chasing ones embodiment of that perfect sound. Sub Chakra's very own Jonathan Ng is finally unveiling the first public deployment of a project that has occupied years of his life.

The name No Partial Sound takes inspiration from the saying “cut dubplates, not corners”. It’s an ethos of integrity. Giving it everything, never compromising sound reinforcement and a lifelong commitment to being a student of sound. 

The current configuration features synergy horn tops, high tune-low tune resonator kickbins, and bandpass horn variant subwoofers in a three-way mono deployment. True to the Jamaican and UK roots tradition, the sound will be operated via an external control tower with a reggae preamp at the heart of the system alongside the DJ. From aesthetic finish to cabling, drivers and cabinet selection - Every decision has been guided by Jonathan's commitment to fidelity, impact and a complete dancefloor experience. 

This intimate late-night gathering will be the first opportunity to experience the system in its intended environment. Capacity is limited to just 125 people.

To mark the occasion, we're welcoming back V.I.V.E.K.

As the founder of System Music and a respected soundsystem Operator and Engineer of the renowned SYSTEM soundsystem, V.I.V.E.K. has spent years championing sound system culture while helping shape the deeper side of dubstep worldwide. Few artists embody the balance between roots, dub and forward-thinking bass music as completely as he does. It was Jonathan's first SYSTEM experience in 2015 that ultimately inspired No Partial Sound's birth years later - making him the perfect guest for such a special occasion.

The night will also feature the debut performance of Syntax. After stepping away from DJing for nearly five years, Jonathan returns behind the decks for his inaugural appearance under the Syntax alias. As always, expect an all-vinyl set.

With support from Metafloor - celebrating his birthday and Shuka - coming off his Bass Coast Slay Bay and Shambhala Grove sets - who will also be playing an all-vinyl set. 

This lineup has been carefully curated from start to finish. Join us as we celebrate a milestone years in the making and the beginning of a new chapter in Sub Chakra's history.
